 3638 SITE DESIGN

A recently closed high school located at 3601 Filbert Street was thoroughly studuied, In response to the analysis work, the site was redesigned to accomodate a mixed use community.

After a master plan was created within groups, each building was individually designed. Here a center for innovation was constructed with commercial, residential, and incubator spaces.
